Where to Stay
The wedding will take place in Plainfield, New Hampshire, but guests are encouraged to stay in Woodstock, Vermont, where some weekend events will be held and wedding transportation will be based.
October is a busy fall foliage season in a small-town area, so please book lodging, rental cars, and transportation early.
Shuttle transportation will only pick up from designated locations in Woodstock.

Getting to the Area
Wedding event transportation will be available for guests staying in the Woodstock area, but a car is recommended for getting to and from the wedding weekend and exploring outside planned events. Rideshare, shuttle, and taxi services are not widely available, and early rental car bookings are encouraged.
For guests flying into Boston, Dartmouth Coach runs bus service between Boston Logan International Airport, Boston South Station, and the Upper Valley, with stops including Lebanon and Hanover. This is not wedding transportation; guests using the bus should arrange a rental car, pickup, or other transportation from the bus stop to Woodstock.
Flying into Boston
Boston Logan International Airport will likely offer the most flight options. Guests flying into Boston should plan to rent a car or arrange transportation in advance.
Traveling from New York City
Amtrak’s Vermonter route to White River Junction, Vermont, is a good option for getting closer to Woodstock and Plainfield. From there, guests will need to arrange a rental car, pickup, or other transportation to their accommodations.
Other Airport Options
Lebanon Municipal Airport is the closest airport and has more limited flight options. Manchester-Boston Regional Airport and Burlington International Airport are also within driving distance.
Wedding Transportation
Shuttles will be provided to and from Welcome Drinks and the Wedding and Reception for guests staying in Woodstock, Vermont. Pickups will take place at designated locations in Woodstock. Final shuttle schedules will be shared at Friday evening’s Welcome Drinks.
If you are staying outside Woodstock and would like to use wedding transportation, please arrange your own transportation to one of the designated shuttle pickup locations in Woodstock, or plan to drive. Parking will be available at all venues.
Please note there is no transportation provided to Sunday’s events.
